My extended family will be visiting Disney World this summer We will have two 3 y/o girls and a 9 yeay/o boy with us. We have planned many "special" things to do with the girls but, I'm looking for some super special activities to do with my 9 ye

Hi Mali! I have a 10-year-old son myself so I think I have some great ideas for special things you can do with boys this age.

If your nine-year-old is as obsessed with video games as my son is, consider taking him to DisneyQuest at Downtown Disney.  This indoor interactive theme park is filled with virtual-reality rides and games -- you can even design your own roller coaster and then take a ride on it!

Another option is a visit to The Pirates League at the Magic Kingdom.  He can be transformed into a scary-looking pirate complete with beard, scars, and an eyepatch while the pirates there regale him with stories.

He might also enjoy a trip to the new Ridemakerz store at Downtown Disney, where he can build a custom remote-controlled toy race car, or a trip to the Lego store, where you'll see amazing Lego sculptures outside, have an opportunity to build your own, and of course, buy a new set. Finally, consider embarking on a Kim Possible Adventure at Epcot, a free experience in which you participate in missions around the World Showcase.

Hope this helps! Have a fantastic time this summer!
