My extended family (6 adults and 12 kids) will be sailing on the Disney Wish beginning on 10/17 to Nassau. My kids are asking which nights will be a dress up and that the themes for each night will be. Any ideas?

Ahoy there, Scott! Welcome, and thank you for sailing on in with your question!

I've just gotten off the Disney Wish, and you are in for a real treat with this stunning ship. Disney Cruise Line has the most beautiful ships at sea, and with each new entry into the fleet, they become more spectacular.

Your sailing will have a couple of themed nights. As a Halloween on the High Seas voyage, you'll have a frighteningly good time with special character meet and greets, Mickey's Mouse-querade scare-a-bration, and even some specially-themed desserts and drinks. Take in all the decorations and festivities!

You'll also get to enjoy Pirate Night during your sailing. This has become a family favorite themed night across the entire Disney Cruise Line fleet, and my kids always look forward to donning their best pirate swag and partying the night away.

Scott, your best bet for determining which night will be each of the special nights, you'll want to consult your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board the ship. There's a bit of flexibility to the evenings the ship hosts themed nights, so it may not be the same on your sailing as on another. I can guarantee you won't have to worry about a themed night on your first night onboard. On my recent sailing, we had the Halloween festivities on night two and Pirate night on night three.

Enjoy an absolutely amazing trip, Scott!
