I would like to extend my resort stay.

Hello and welcome to planDisney Sue!

I hEAR you on wanting to extend your Walt Disney World Resort stay! There have been numerous times I have extended my stay because I decided I didn't want to leave the most magical place on earth so soon! The great news is that it's pretty simple to extend the dates of your vacation directly from the Walt Disney World website.

Simply login to your MyDisneyExperience account and you will see your upcoming reservation listed below. Click on "Change Reservation," then click on "Change" next to the "Travel Dates" section. From this screen click on the calendar icon and change the date of your check-out. Click on "Update" and the next screen will show you the rooms available along with the rate. Once you update your dates, you can check out and see your new total. If the resort and room you are currently staying in are not available, you can also look for alternate resorts and room types.

While you are in Walt Disney World, don't forget to take advantage of all the fun activities and special treats associated with the 50th Anniversary Celebration! My personal favorite was the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection at Magic Kingdom! I loved searching for the golden sculptures throughout the park!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
