Hi Katie! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Let's talk about dining at
Walt Disney World Resort. This is definitely one of my favorite topics to cover at the house of the mouse. Do not forget, you have award-winning dining at
Disney Springs. Currently, I am loving
City Works Eatery & Pour House for its craft beer selections and upscale bar-style eateries. Of course, my go-to will always remain
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' for his fresh down home menu.
Chef Mickey's is a staple for every trip my nephews make to Walt Disney World Resort. They love visiting with Mickey Mouse and his friends. Family-style dining will be intact at this location until March 1, 2023, when it will revert back to buffet-style offerings. For now, it is very simple, everything offered on the menu can be enjoyed by your whole party at one set price for adults and children. Your one-year-old will not be charged. If something is not of your liking, inform your server and they will omit that item. If you have a favorite, ask for another serving and just like magic, it will appear again!
My planDisney pal, Anna reported her grandchildren were presented with their own kids-friendly plates when they dined family-style.
I am happy to report,
Tusker House has now returned to its full buffet offerings. This popular restaurant features
African-inspired dishes along with familiar favorites. And let's not forget, you can see my favorite guy, Donald Duck, and his pals in their safari attire.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
