Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I think the ChEAR Squad Package is an awesome perk for family and friends during a
runDisney weekend, so I'm glad you asked this question!
Historically, the ChEAR Squad Package is an extra little perk for your chEARleaders to have while you run the race. This has included a designated seating area for only ChEAR Squad Package members at various spots on the course. For the
Disney Princess Half Marathon, there is traditionally a designated ChEAR Squad area with a great view of
Cinderella Castle from Main Street U.S.A. and at the finish line near
Epcot. The specific location can change between each runDisney race weekend.
In addition to the designated seating area, the package has included hot and cold beverages, a designated restroom, plus some awesome ChEAR Squad Gear. Past participants have received a ChEAR Squad Stadium Blanket and ChEAR Squad Exclusive Mickey hand clappers! With that being said, runDisney is constantly changing their courses, packages and pixie dust they have for each weekend, so everything I've described is in my past experience and subject to change for upcoming weekends.
To see if it is available for your upcoming runcation, visit the Spectators tab for your race on the runDisney website. If you don't see it listed now, please continue to check back as they usually make the ChEAR Squad Package available a couple months out from the race itself.
