Welcome to planDisney, Heather! Thanks for stopping in with your planning question about the Walt Disney World Resort!

You will be able to get a credit for unused and expired Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, so please don’t worry! All you have to do is send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation and a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number and all you have to do is link that number to your My Disney Experience account to start planning your next vacation!

Heather, I hope this information is helpful. If you have any more planning questions, you can always come back to see us. Thanks again for stopping by!

    Have a magical visit!
