I have expired tickets from 2020, and I am wanting to book resort / park tickets for May 2023. How do I use the credit from the expired tickets?

Hi Troy – so glad that you are finally able to start rescheduling your trip to California.

The Disneyland Resort ticket policy states that all tickets are non-refundable. However, any wholly unused and expired tickets may be used toward the purchase of new tickets. To start the process, you will need to contact a Disneyland Resort Cast Member via phone or via their message center.

And since you are planning to visit the Happiest Place on Earth in May 2023, you will be visiting just in time to experience the newly renovated Mickey's Toontown, which will include a brand-new attraction to the Disneyland Resort called Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. I recommend staying up-to-date on park news like this by reading the Disney Parks Blog.

Best of luck rescheduling your plans, and have a great time!

    Happy planning,
