Hello Marta!
Welcome to planDisney! The past year certainly has been a challenge, hasn’t it? I had a similar situation in that our June 2020 visit to the
Disneyland Resort had to be canceled due to the pandemic. I’m so happy the theme parks have reopened and we have rescheduled our visit!
Marta, since the ticketing system has changed since the reopening of the Disneyland Resort, those of us with older style tickets are unable to directly book online. You will need to
call to have a Cast Member adjust your ticket to the new style. Depending on what type of ticket you have, and when you plan to travel, you may or may not need to pay to upgrade your ticket to the current style. Many tickets, like mine, had their expiration dates extended due to the pandemic. So while I still needed to call to have the tickets updated for our November trip, I did not need to pay any upgrade fees. Hopefully, this will be the case for you too!
I know that hold times on the phone can be challenging right now. I recommend choosing a morning where you have time to wait on hold and call exactly at 7 AM Pacific Time. I kept my mobile phone plugged in and on speaker so I could do other things around the house while I waited. Once I got through, the Cast Member was able to get my tickets changed and I was able to easily make my
Theme Park Reservations!I hope this information helps, Marta! And I hope you can get your tickets adjusted and your visit scheduled very soon!
Have a Magical Day!
