Hi Xiaoli,
I am excited to see that you are headed on a Disney Private VIP Tour soon! These tours are so magical. When I took my family on one, we created core memories that we still regularly reminisce about.
You should have received an email confirming your tour almost immediately after you booked via phone. When I booked one, I received the confirmation email within 24 hours of the telephone booking. I would call them back and see why you did not get the email with all of your confirmation information. You will want this information because it is not listed on your My Disney Experience account and it is the only record you will have of that booking.
To make the most out of an international phone call, I recommend already having an idea of what you want to do on your VIP Tour so that they can make those notes for your guide and assist in making any needed
dining reservations. I like to have my tour start with a resort hotel pickup and end at the restaurant of my choice. I always end up at EPCOT because they have some of my favorite dining options at Disney World. My top pick there is Le Cellier Steakhouse. Ending your tour at dinner also keeps you from paying for an extra hour with a guide while you sit and eat.
I like to maximize the VIP guide's hours for riding as many attractions as possible. The beauty of this tour is that they have backstage access and can easily transport you between theme parks so you are not just limited to rides at one theme park! I would prioritize
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind,
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and
TRON Lightcycle / Run because these are all new rides that are harder to get on when you are venturing on your own.
Happy Planning
Jenna
