Hi there, Deann!
Welcome back to planDisney! A magical sailing is around the corner since it's time to complete your online check-in. There are two ways to complete this: either on the
Disney Cruise Line website under "Already Booked" or on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Before midnight, 30 days before your cruise, please
gather a few things to make the process quick and easy. First, you'll need passports or state-issued birth certificates plus headshot photos for each member of your traveling party. If you plan to use a credit card for onboard charges, you'll also need that information. There will be an area to add travel plans (flight number/times), so I like to have that written down. As for the photos, they should be from the shoulders up, and the background should be plain. For quick, easy access, I have a folder on my phone with the photos and passport pictures ready to upload.
Once you've loaded everything, you'll select a port arrival time and have an opportunity to book the
Royal Gathering (princess meet-and-greet) if you'd like. Once everything is complete, you can print off your Port Arrival Form or save the QR code to your mobile wallet. This form or code will be used throughout the check-in process at the terminal, so I suggest putting it with your important
travel documents if you plan to print it off.
Deann, I hope this gives you a good idea of what to expect. Please let us know if you have any other questions before you wave bon voyage!
Have a magical day,
Nancy
