    In my existing resort reservation, one of the adults in my party has no park ticket assigned, but a six month old infant does. How do I fix this?

    This October is a Practically Perfect time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort because this year Guests will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. And as the countdown begins Walt Disney World Resort will transform into a time to remember and celebrate. Guests can stay up to date with all the festivities by following the Disney Parks Blog. 

    I’m sorry to hEAR your My Disney Experience itinerary has gone a bit wonky but Hakuna Matata. While I am unable to fix this conundrum for you, I can tell you it is easily fixable and will need to be updated with a Cast Members’ aide. At your earliest convenience call (407) 939-4357 to speak to a Cast Members. Please note, they are currently experiencing high call volumes but are ready to assist you with your quandary and set you on the path of a magical and memorable vacation.
