I have an existing reservation for October 5-12. Can I apply the new holiday discount offer to that reservation?

Welcome to planDisney, Kelsey! I'm so happy to see that you're busy planning your Autumn visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your planning question.

I have some good news! If you do find a promotion that coincides with the dates of your planned visit, many times you can modify your existing reservation to add an existing Special Offer. Just log in to your My Disney Experience account, click on “My Plans” and then click on your reservation. You should see the option to “modify or cancel” your reservation. Once you select that, you can add the booking with the existing promotional rate.

If for some reason you're unable to update your reservation, no worries! You can always reach out to a Cast Member by calling the Resort directly. They will be happy to help you!

Kelsey, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your vacation. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with your plans!
