    If I have an existing package reservation when the free dining promotion comes out, can I add it to my existing reservation or do I have to cancel my reservation to try to get a reservation that includes free dining?

    Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about planning and promotions!

    Yes, I always recommend to friends to keep an eye out for promotions as your dates get closer, because you can definitely call (407) 939-1852 to update your reservation. You don't need to make a new reservation, and the Cast Members on the phone will be happy to assist you if a given promotion applies to your dates and Walt Disney World Resort hotel. 

    If you are working with a Travel Agent, you can also request that they follow your dates for promotions. Most of them have that as part of their marketing, that they will stay on top of applicable promotions.
