    Hi! So excited to make reservations! Is a "complementary" ticket considered a "value ticket," a "regular ticket," or a "peak ticket." No label came up when I scanned it into the app. Thank you in advance!

    Hi David and welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited for you and so very happy that Disneyland Resort will be welcoming guests back at the end of April. Thanks for sending us your question. 

    I have a handy web page that has helped me decipher the type of theme park tickets guests may have purchased. Visit this page on the Disneyland Resort website to compare your tickets with the diagrams. I hope this might help clear up the issue. 

    If you can’t find what you’re looking for online, your best bet is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. Cast Members are hard at work, taking lots of phone calls from guests right before the reopening at the end of April, so you may be placed in a queue before your call is answered. 

    David, I have a really easy way to get you squared away when it comes to making your theme park reservations. Follow the instructions on this site to select your desired date and theme park you’d like to visit on your next magical vacation. It will take you just a minute to complete. The hardest part may just be deciding when you will visit!

    I encourage you to take a look at the experience updates that will be in place when we all return to the Disneyland Resort. This way you will be up to date with all the protocols and will know just what to expect.
