Ahoy, Lindsay!
It is so wonderful to hEAR from you again! Your sailing on the Disney Magic is rapidly approaching so I'm sure your crew is about to burst with excitement. Your journey will be filled with MARVELous and MAGICal adventures that you can't experience anywhere else on the high seas.
You've asked a great question about the fees you'll be charged once onboard because it's nice to have an idea of how much you'll need to budget for the extras on vacation. All the pricing you see on the Disney Cruise Line website does include tax. The only other additional charges will be an 18% automatic
gratuity that will be added on to your spa services. Once you are aboard, you can stop by Guest Services at any time (they are open 24 hours a day) to pick up a print out of your onboard charges. It will be itemized by Guest so you can keep tabs on what your crew is spending. On the last morning, you'll receive a final copy of charges outside your stateroom door.
Lindsay, since we are talking about money, you may want to bring some cash to tip the porters at the cruise terminal, room service attendants on the ship and the Port Adventure tour operators onshore. It's at your discretion of course, but something you may want to consider.
Please let us know if you have any other last minute questions! We are always happy to help.
Have a MAGICal day!
Nancy
