So excited to be at MVMCP on 12/1! I want to be sure to see and experience all of it and want to be in the moment. Instead of worrying about taking video, is it true that a DVD is available for purchase, that showcases all of the highlights of the party?

Hi, Denise! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the highlight of the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort. I have attended this jolly celebration and can understand how you would like to see and do it all! There are so many wonderful characters to meet, shows to see, exclusive treats to enjoy, and a very special parade to watch. At this time, there is not a video of party highlights produced by Disney Parks for Guests that attended, but I have seen a few made by Disney fans. You can, however, receive many Disney PhotoPass pictures of the party's activities as part of Memory Maker. I just looked back through our Memory Maker downloads from last year and there were so many great pictures of the parade, fireworks, characters in their holiday attire, and stage shows. While they are not videos, these pictures are a great memento of the jolly good time my family spent together.

I have a few tips to share with you that could help you see many of this party's greatest features. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party officially begins at 7:00 p.m., but Guests with tickets for it are able to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to do some things that are not part of the festivities, such as dining and riding favorite attractions, and save party hours for experiencing exclusive activities. If there are any special Disney characters you would like to meet, line up early for them before the party begins. Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and the new Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration show on Cinderella Castle stage are not-to-be-missed. If you are able, try to see the second parade, as it is usually less attended and you will be able to do other things.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday at Magic Kingdom Park, Denise! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
