Hi! I am so excited about my first WDW trip in Feb 2014!! I am overwhelmed and i would love some advice. My kids love everything Disney and my husband loves to eat! I have done some pricing out and i just would love some extra advice! Thank you so much!

    Meranda,

Your excitement is the most important element to a fun trip. Don't ever lost it!

There are a lot of areas for extra advice, and so let's you and I get started. What I will do here is offer some areas for you to consider. Then send me questions based on each for which you want help, and we can work from there. Remember in your questions to tell me a bit about what you like, where you are staying, etc.

    1. Announcing the trip: I have surprised my kids with the trip, and at other times I have let them help plan. Consider which will elevate the fun for them and plan accordingly.
    2. Dining: Pick your restaurants based on where you will be, what you like to eat, and what kinds of related entertainment appeal to you. Dining at Walt Disney World is my single favorite element to the whole trip, so let me help you pick some great places!
    3. Plan your Packing: Know what you need to take, and not take, to make your resort your home-away-from-home.
    4. Consider your accommodations: It doesn't matter what level of resort you pick, just that you get one with a theme and amenities that get you excited for your stay.
    5. Plan your budget: Sure, you want to get your kids some souvenirs, but plan so that costs don't get out of hand!
Write me back and I would be glad to help further!

    Have a magical vacation!
