So excited for first trip to Disney for our daughter's 5th bday! We are staying off site at our timeshare & have resv at 1900 PF at 8am before a day at Magic Kingdom. Do we park at MK and ride monorail to the resort or vice versa. Can we park at Grand

How exciting that your daughter will be celebrating her fifth birthday on your first trip to Walt Disney World, Allison!  I can't think of a better place for a special birthday celebration!  Be sure to ask for a Birthday Celebration Button at Guest Services when entering the Magic Kingdom. Your daughter will love all the Birthday wishes she will receive throughout the day from Disney Cast Members and other guests!  You all are going to love the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare located in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Although you can park at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for your Advanced Dining Reservation, you would need to move your car to the Magic Kingdom Parking Lot, located in the Ticket and Transportation Center, after your breakfast. My recommendation is to go ahead and park at the Ticket and Transportation Center before breakfast and hop on the Resort Monorail, which will be a quick and enjoyable ride to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. That way after breakfast, you will be able to take a short monorail ride to the Magic Kingdom allowing you more time in the park.  I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a Magical First Trip and please tell your daughter "Happy Birthday" from all of us at the Mom's Panel!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
