Excited for our very first Disney trip in May. My 7 year old son has Celiac disease and also FPIES which is a life threatening allergy to gluten. What he eats must be 100% free of any trace of gluten. Visiting AK and MK parks. Do we have safe options?

    Dear Michelle,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great planning question for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I understand your concern about keeping your child completely safe during your time at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I think with such a life-threatening situation such as you describe, that your best bet would be to reach out to the Special Dietary Requests department and speak with them about your specific needs. They will be able to assist you to maximize your fun AND all of the delicious options that you can find during your visit!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
