    Very excited. Our 1st family trip to DW Nov 9 2012. 35 DAYS!!! We are driving and planning on 2 days travel with kids. If we arrive earlier than planned...like a whole day, would we be able to start our vaca on the 8th for extra $?

    Hi, Amy!  As long as there is space available in the hotel, you can add an extra night or extra park passes to your vacation.  If you think you're running ahead of schedule, you may want to call on your way down to check availability, then if you find out there isn't space, you can drive at a more relaxed pace.

    I drive from South Jersey quite often, and it's about 18 hours for my family.  We have two drivers, so we usually get on the road right after school, and with a driver switch around midnight, we can make it overnight, and no one is too exhausted when we arrive,  I always plan a light first day, though, just in case.
