Very excited for our 2nd cruise Sept 14th on the Fantasy. Looking for a recommendation between the available Port Excursions with a 4 year old. We did the same cruise last June and did Dolphin Encounter at GC, Beach Break at CM and Highlights/Ruins at CZ.

I'm excited to hear you loved the Disney Fantasy so much that you are looking forward to another magical week onboard this beauty next month! My family also cruised in 2012 and 2013 on the Fantasy, and both sailings were filled with magic, wonder and pixie dust! I'm sure your family will experience the same!
It sounds like your crew took part in some amazing adventures ashore last June so I'm happy to offer some recommendations for your upcoming cruise. In Cozumel, Everybody Loves Rays, the Cozumel Beach Break, and the XCaret EcoArchaeological Park all come to mind. For Grand Cayman, have a look at Boatswain's Adventure Marine Park and Discover Native Cayman and the Saltwater Forest. As for Costa Maya, I suggest staying onboard to enjoy the ship as your destination. There is so much offered on the Disney Fantasy even when the ship is in port so stay aboard and enjoy a movie in the Buena Vista Theatre, play a round of Goofy Golf, go for a family swim, and solve one of the mysteries at the Midship Detective Agency!
