Very excited to be coming in Dec to enjoy all the holiday activities. We plan on seeing the regular Wishes fireworks and electric parade one evening. Are the ones offered at the Merry Mickey Christmas that different? Trying to keep our costs down.

    Hi Amy!

December is a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World because there are so many wonderful events to experience!

Wishes is a beautiful fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, but the special fireworks during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are really something special! There is a 360 view of fireworks that envelope you, it is like nothing I've ever seen before.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is more than just the fireworks though. You will get to see snow fall on main street, can enjoy hot cocoa and cookies around the park and can see the special Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.

I can definitely understand wanting to keep costs down, but I do think that MVMCP is worth the money. You may want to consider cutting a meal or souvenir from the budget and leaving this special experience in!

    Magically,
    Stacy
