We are excited about being there for the Christmas season. We did this once before. This time I want to experience special, free, little holiday extras. Any ideas?

    Hi Deborah!

I love visiting Walt Disney World during the Christmas season! There are so many fun things to do at Disney during the holidays. One of my favorite FREE activities is visiting each of the Walt Disney World resorts and looking at all of their themed Christmas trees. You will notice that they are all very different and the theme is related to the resort. At Grand Floridian Resort & Spa you will find an ornate Christmas Victorian Christmas tree and they also have a giant gingerbread house that sells treats!

If you are at Epcot, I highly recommend Holidays Around the World and the Candlelight Processional. During the Candlelight Processional, you will get to hear a storyteller tell the story of Christmas, along with a 50-piece orchestra and choir. There is no extra charge for this event, but you can purchase the Candlelight Processional Dining Package for dinner and guaranteed seating to the show. During the Holidays Around the World at Epcot you can learn about the holiday traditions from the 11 World Showcase nations.

You can also enjoy the beautiful Christmas decorations at Disney Springs and get some Christmas shopping done.

    Magically,
    Stacy
