We are excited about booking our first trip to Disney! We have a 5 year old boy and an 8 year old girl each who require their own bed. What's the best type of hotel for rooms that have 3 separate beds (husband and wife prefer to sleep together!) Thanks!

Hi Jennifer! Congratulations on planning your first Walt Disney World vacation! It will be such an exciting time for you and your family. I understand your plight as I have a boy and a girl as well, and finding accomodations can be challenging. Luckily, Disney has great options across the resort categories! At Disney's All Star Music Resort, you have the option of booking a family suite, which can accommodate up to six people. With a queen bed in the room, and a double sleeper sofa, a single sleeper chair and convertible ottoman in the living room, your kids are set! Plus the two bathrooms are a life saver in the mornings. Disney's Art of Animation Resort, which is scheduled to open in stages beginning May 2012, the family suites are very accommodating, offering a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double sleeper sofa, and a double Inovabed (A murphy style bed that converts to a table when in the upright position). There are two bathrooms and a mini kitchen in each of the family suites. At Disney's Port Orleans-- Riverside, rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of the resort are equipped with Murphy- style beds, which convert to a lovely bench when not in use. These beds are geared for use by children under the age of 9. At most of Disney's deluxe resorts, rooms comes standard with a day bed, which is another good option for your family. Hope this helps you plan a magical Disney vacation! -Malanie
