    So excited! Just booked our next WDW trip at CBR with free dining (but upgraded to DlxDP!). My question is that I know that the resort is really spread out, so I want to make sure that we make a room request. What is the number to call and how soon?

    Hi, Sara! There are a few things you can do to try to assure that you get your room request.  If your request is not already noted on your reservation, I would call and do that TODAY.  Next, I would also call or fax in my request to the Resort seven to ten days in advance of my arrival.  This is when they are doing room assignments.  The phone number for your resort is 407-934-1000.  The fax number is 407-934-3288.  I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival make sure to secure the room I want.
