Can I exchange my FL resident ticket voucher at the bay lake towers resort?

    Hi Jamie!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! Currently, Walt Disney World Annual Passes need to be activated at a Guest Relations Window, and it cannot be done at resort hotels. There is a Guest Relations Window outside each theme park, and at Disney Springs next to the Marketplace Co-Op. Since you’ll be enjoying the convenience of Disney’s Bay Lake Tower, my best advice would be to simply walk over to the Magic Kingdom Guest Relations Window. Be sure to bring your approved proof of Florida residency documentation and your Photo ID to activate your pass. Once activated, it is time to make unforgettable memories! Grab your Mickey Ears and have fun visiting all four theme parks for an entire year!

I hope you have a magical year as an Annual Passholder. If you have any additional questions as you plan your upcoming trips, please come back and visit us. We are here to help!

    Have a Disney Day!
