Our Exchange Certificates are for 4 Day Park Hopper Tickets. We have 6 months from first use to use all four days. Is "first use" when we exchange them for tickets at the park or when we first use them?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brian! I’m excited to know that you have a plan in the works to visit the Walt Disney World Resort at the end of May! Thanks for sending us your question about Florida Resident theme park tickets

First use is the first time you physically tap either your MagicBand or admission card to that Mickey sensor to enter the theme parks using your tickets. Florida Resident theme park tickets are a great value for Florida Residents because of that six-month window. They provide so much flexibility!

Brian, when you exchange your certificates, it’s important that you have your Proof of Florida Residency with you to activate them. You can do so at any theme park ticket window location at any of the theme parks, or the Guest Services location at Disney Springs.

There’s so much to explore during your Spring time visit! Mickey and Minnie will be dressed in their special surprise attire and will be so thrilled to meet you and your crew at Meet Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse at Town Square Theater, at the Magic Kingdom Park. The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full swing, too. You won’t want to miss the beautiful topiaries of some of our favorite characters all over the park!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Feel free to stop back in to see us if you have any more questions.
