Ty from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have an exchange certificate card. How do I order redeem those in to tickets online?

    Hi Ty! Welcome to planDisney!

I can only imagine how fun it is being as close to the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort as you are! It makes me happy when I see the amazing Florida Resident Special Offers that Disney releases because it shows just how much they love their neighbors. I think if I lived in Florida, I would be at the Most Magical Place on Earth a LOT!

My friend and fellow Panelist, Veronica, is a pro when it comes to Florida residents and exchange certificates, so I found this recent answer of hers to help you out (simply visit that link I just included)! She suggests giving Disney a call directly at (407) 939-5277, but she also gives step-by-step instructions on emailing the WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage team at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com. She even lists what you should include in your email. Since you are planning to visit so soon, calling might get you in touch with someone more quickly.

Once you have the confirmation number to link your Walt Disney World theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you can make the Disney Park Pass reservations for your visit. Then, you'll be all set to enjoy your days in the theme parks!

I hope this helps, Ty! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
