Glenda from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a 3 day FL DCR exchange certificate WDW: 122 02/14/2020 Is this still valid? How do I use it??

    Welcome to planDisney, Glenda!

Being Mickey’s neighbor definitely has its perks! Florida Residents get to enjoy all kinds of Special Offers throughout the year, and I must admit, you really can’t beat the ticket prices. Don’t worry one bit, you will be able to get a credit for unused and expired Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

In order to be able to use those tickets, reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277. It’s very likely that they will point you in the direction I’m about to describe to be able to use those tickets you purchased.

To get the wheels in motion, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-A copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and in a few quick clicks, you will be ready for your next magical vacation!

Glenda, don’t forget to check out the Special Offers for Disney Resorts Collection hotels. You may be pleasantly surprised by the promotions available during the dates of your next visit.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation and please don't hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions.
