Kevin from IL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

For example, can I book 4 days (ie. $633) first. After visited the park, can I extend to 6 days (ie. $750) and only pay the difference ($117)? If not then how things work if guest want more visits? Thanks

Welcome to planDisney, Kevin! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. Tickets are one of the most important parts of your Disney vacation, so let's chat about what happens if you get to Walt Disney World and decide you want to spend a few more days in the parks.

Kevin, you can certainly extend your tickets once you arrive for your vacation if you want to do that. If you're at Disney World and you decide you want to add more days to your tickets, you can visit any ticket window or Guest Relations location, and they will help you out. Let them know what changes you'd like to make to your admission, and then you'll be asked to pay the difference between the ticket type you had and the new ticket you want to purchase. I can't speak to the exact prices in your question, but if you add more days to your ticket, you do not pay as if you are purchasing a new ticket, you only pay the difference between the 4-day ticket and the 6-day ticket, per your example.

One important thing to keep in mind is that ticket modifications must be made while there is still at least one unused day on your ticket and before your current ticket expires. Also, if your ticket includes the Park Hopper option or any add-ons, the cost difference will be adjusted accordingly. If you’re unsure, a friendly Cast Member at Guest Relations will be happy to go over your options and find the best choice for your plans!

    Have a magical day, Kevin!
