What exactly is Mickey's Not so Scary? Is this included in our park ticket prices? I don't really know much about it - is it trick or treating or festivities or what? Our guys are 2,3, & 5...think they would like it? Seems a little expensive???

    Mindy,

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is a separate, hard-ticket event, meaning it is not included with your regular theme park admission.

It is a very large, very fun Halloween party with special experiences that you cannot get during regular park hours.  A few things you might find are all of the characters dressed up in their Halloween costumes, special Boo-To-You Halloween parade, Happy Hallo-Wishes fireworks show, and many more.  There are special decorations for the party, merchandise and pins that are sold only during party hours, and festivities such as free face painting, free family photos, special PhotoPass opportunities and discounts, and of course trick-or-treating.

Our family really loves MNSSHP and we go every fall.  I can't say enough good things about this party.  I do think your children would enjoy it, and I'm sure they would have fun sporting their costumes in the Magic Kingdom.  If you go, be sure that the grown-ups have costumes too!  I am counting down the days until I go to the Halloween party myself - 8 days to go!  :)

    Have a great vacation!
