How exactly does the, kids under 3 eat free off your plate work? If we are at a buffet am I able to go to the children's food area to grab something or no? When taking some of my meal to give them, am I able to ask for an additional plate? Thanks!!

Hi, Kristen!  If you have a child under the age of three at a buffet, you can make a plate at the buffet for the baby - of either kid friendly food, or whatever else is on the buffet.  You don't have to literally feed them from your plate in the instance of a buffet.

When my girls were small, buffets were some of my favorite meals.  It allowed me to fix a plate for them of some foods that were finger friendly and easy to clean up from tiny faces!

At sit down restaurants, if you plan to feed the baby some of your dinner, I've always just asked for a small plate on which I placed the baby's food.  They've been very accommodating!

I hope your vacation is magical!
