Does EWWOS allow people to use any of the facilities freely, such as running on the track when it's not in use for an event? I'm training for the runDisney events and the use of a track would help a lot.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel, Frank! Thank you for bringing us your question.

I have chatted with the cast members at ESPN Wide World of Sports and unfortunately, the track is not available for public use. However, in lieu of continuing your training at Wide World of Sports, I suggest checking out the numerous jogging trails already mapped out for you right on Walt Disney World property.

I hope this helps your planning. If you have any other question regarding training while on property I suggest contacting the RunDisney Mom Panelist, Faith. She is a plethora of knowledge about not missing a beat of your training while on your Walt Disney World vacation.

Wishing you a magical Disney vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
