Heigh-Ho Angela,
Welcome to planDisney, we are a Disney-loving group of Guests representing all walks of life. And we are here to help guide you through your planning questions and curiouser and curiouser inquiries. But first, we need to set you up for success.
I highly recommend Guests consider booking through a reputable or Disney Authorized Disney Travel Agent. Your travel agent should link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account, help make Disney Park Pass reservations and advanced table-service reservations, and guide you through the basic planning questions and criteria. I recommend immediately getting back in contact with your Travel Agent and requesting they link your reservation to your My Disney Experience so you can continue with your planning. If they are unable to assist you with your request for some odd reason, you will need to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-1936. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume so, please, be prepared for a hold. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m.. and as we know, the early bird gets the worm. Brew a pot of coffee, dial the number, find a good book or show to watch and kindly wait until a Cast Member can assist you.
Once your conundrum has been resolved, and if you have not already done so, it is time you make
Disney Park Pass reservations. Walt Disney World is still closely monitoring and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all Guests and Cast Members. The Disney Park Pass system helps Walt Disney World keep park capacity at a safe level. Guests purchasing Walt Disney World tickets should take a look at the
Theme Park Availability calendar before purchasing. Once you have decided on your Walt Disney World Theme Park itinerary, purchase your tickets and make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Disney Park Pass reservations can be made and canceled in your My Disney Experience.
Become comfortable navigating your
