Everything I try to reserve online for Disney World (dining, etc.) says that advanced payment with a credit card is required. I can't use the gift cards that I purchased. Do you have a phone number at Disney, so I can use my gift card to reserve?

Hello there, Friend! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Creating plans at Walt Disney World Resort is generally a snap whenever you use My Disney Experience either on your computer or your smartphone! For the majority of dining locations, you actually do not have to pay for your meal in advance when reserving online. Instead, you will place a credit card on file to hold your reservation and pay for your meal once you have dined. For dining reservations such as these, you will be able to use your Disney Gift Card once you are on the property and have enjoyed your meal!

There are a few exceptions to this such as Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. These dining locations tend to be very popular and will require advance payment.

If you continue to experience problems placing your dining reservations, I would recommend reaching out to Website Support! At times, there can be glitches within the dining reservation system so they may be able to assist you in working past any issues you may be experiencing!

I hope this information is helpful and assists you in scoring the perfect dining reservations! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
