Hi everyone! I am going to the Disney Treasure next february and I would like to know if I can bring on board a DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Gimbal. I read that "unfolded" it measures 276x111x99 mm. Thank you so much for your help!

Hola, Mariana! Welcome back to planDisney, and welcome aboard Disney Cruise Line! You must be so excited about your upcoming cruise during the inaugural season of the Disney Treasure! I have been stalking the Disney Parks Blog page dedicated to this ship for every morsel of news about all that is awaiting on board.

Now, the information I was able to share with you on selfie sticks, tripods and monopods at Walt Disney World Resort helped me feel confident about taking my gimbal to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I also checked Disney Cruise Line's list of prohibited items before taking my gimbal with me on the Disney Fantasy last summer. I did not see any posted restrictions on these, and I used mine on that cruise. I saw several other Guests using them as well. My friend Tracie also shared you may find some excursions specific to cell phone photography, like the Selfie Tour in the Best of George Town with Beach Break. With the gorgeous ship and all the ports of call, there will be no shortage of picture-perfect opportunities.

Although there are no posted restrictions, Guest safety is still a top priority. Everyone should be mindful of their surroundings and the safety and experience of their shipmates and selves.

There is so much to look forward to on your cruise. I cannot wait to dine at the Plaza de Coco. A restaurant inspired by a movie with so much personality, culture, color and character will always win my heart. And the line where the sky meets the sea calls me all the time! Early reviews of Disney The Tale of Moana say it is "two thumbs up," and the Ocean gave it a high five! And with all your time on board, be sure not to ghost the Haunted Mansion Parlor. My sister was able to tour the ship as a Guest at the plaque and key exchange event at Port Canaveral. She shared that the entire ship is a gem, and the Haunted Mansion Parlor alone is reason enough to book a cruise! I responded, "Let's go!"

Mariana, I hope your Disney land-and-sea vacation is absolutely magical! If we can help with any other questions, please cruise back by planDisney. You have a friend in us!

    Bon Voyage!
