Hola, Mariana! Bienvenidos to planDisney. It looks like you are planning an epic adventure! Experiencing Disney on land and at sea is my favorite vacation combination. Leaving
Walt Disney World Resort is a lot easier when
Disney Cruise Line is your next destination.
I am so glad you stopped by with this question about capturing the memories to cherish for years. I have a similar gimbal stabilizer and have been able to use it at Walt Disney World. It's a wonderful tool to keep your videos steady, especially when you zoom through the parks in "Go! Go! Go!" mode.
The
property guidelines prohibit selfie sticks and handheld extensions for phones or cameras. The additional guidance on tripods and monopods is probably the most helpful information for your question about your gimbal. Tripods and monopod stands must be small enough to fit inside a standard backpack and cannot extend over 6’ (182 cm). I think the measurements for the Osmo are in millimeters. I know mine extends a bit, but certainly not to 6 feet. If yours meets the policy guidelines, you should be OK with taking it with you to the theme parks. I will note that the property rules are designed to maintain the safety of all Guests. The Cast Members on site have the final say if they see something that compromises safety.
Mariana, I hope this information helps and that you have a picture-perfect vacation with all the magic on your horizon!
Say Cheese!
