Hi everyone! My husband and I are planning our first family trip to WDW with our son. My questions is can you eat at any of the resort hotel restaurants on the meal plan regardless of which resort you stay in?

Hi Vanessa! First trips are so exciting! Be sure to stop by Guest Services or your resort front desk and ask for a "First Visit" button for your son.

On the Disney Dining Plan, you may eat at any of the participating restaurants in the parks, the resorts, and Downtown Disney. You are not confined to eating at only the restaurants in your hotel -- you are free to visit the restaurants at all the resorts. Dining at restaurants in the various Disney resorts is a great way to check out resorts other than the one in which you're staying!

You can browse all of the Disney restaurants by clicking here, and once you've decided on the ones you'd like to try, make reservations online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Hope you have a magical first family trip!
