    Hi everybody, my sister bought Disney tickets for my kids as Florida resident, but she is not going. I have to take them myself, I bought a regular ticket. do you think it would be a problem for my kids to enter the parks? I'd appreciate your

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah! You and your family are going to have a wonderful Holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending in your question about Florida Resident theme park tickets. 

    It’s so generous of your sister to gift your children theme park tickets! What an awesome Holiday gift! In order for your kids to be able to use those tickets, your sister has to show Proof of Florida Residency at any ticket window or guest services location at the resort. 

    Sarah, I suggest meeting your sister for a meal or some shopping at Disney Springs the day before you visit the theme parks, that way you can all visit the Guest Services location. Your sister can activate the tickets there and you will be good to go for adventures at the theme parks the next day.
