Why must the World Wide Web forever leave us in a tangled mess of conundrums? While I am no computer guru I can give you some guidance that might help fix this evil spell.
Clearing the cookies and history can help sometimes but I recommend trying a different
web browser completely. I don’t know why but most of the time this solves the issue. However, if this evil spell is being difficult your next step is to speak to a Cast Member in Website Support by calling (407) 939-4357. They seem to have special magic loaded with much Fatih, Trust and Pixie Dust to set the World Wide Web back on its technical axis and hopefully allow you to login into your My Disney Experience.

My Disney Experience mobile app. This handy dandy tool puts your Walt Disney World vacation planning right at your fingertips. Here Guests can see their Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, update/upgrade/change their Walt Disney World tickets, modify/cancel Disney Park Pass reservations, use the new Disney MagicMobile service, make mobile food orders, check the latest attraction wait times, do some mobile shopping, reserve dining reservation and that’s just a tidbit of what it will do for you. Become comfortable navigating this pixie-dusted feature before you arrive.
