    Congratulations to the new aunt!

    The merchandise mix at WDW is constantly changing, so I can't guarantee whether any particular item will be available at the time of your visit. I was at Disney's Hollywood Studios a few weeks ago. Right outside the new Toy Story Mania ride (awesome, by the way) there were some Toy Story alien t-shirts that went down to sizes that would fit a child of about 2 years old. I did not see any alien onesies or other infant clothing there, or anywhere else in the parks. However, if you want to double check whether the alien onesie exists, the best thing to do would be to contact the fabulous Disney merchandise department. They can mail you at home nearly any item that is sold in the WDW theme parks, or they can tell you if a particular item is sold in the parks and if so, where.
