I'm really hoping that you won't need to cancel your cruise, because this trip will truly be a magical adventure for your whole family! However, I see that you'll be traveling in from Hawaii, which is a long way to travel to Port Canaveral. I do hope that you will be able to continue with the cruise plans you have made! I would hate for you to miss this cruise!
In the event that you do need to cancel, since you have booked a Concierge level stateroom, your deposits for that level stateroom are non-refundable. Other staterooms that are not Concierge have refundable deposits up to certain dates ahead. Now, if you cancel 90 days or more prior to your sailing, you will not be refunded your deposit. 89-56 days before your sailing, there is a fee of 50% of the trip per guest for Concierge level staterooms, 55-30 days prior, a fee of 75% of the cost per guest, and 29 days or less, the full cruise fare is still due. Again, these fees are for Concierge level staterooms, and the other staterooms carry different fees and dates.
