Even though we are staying at Old Key West. Our kids really want to try the Art of Animation pool. Can we do this?

    Hi Tracy,

You are going to absolutely love Disney's Old Key West Resort for its laid-back, Florida Keys charm, proximity to all of the exciting new experiences waiting for you at Disney Springs, the spacious Disney Vacation Club Resort Villas, and so much more. It was a fantastic choice!

I'm sorry to tell you that though I completely understand why your children might want to explore the big blue world of the biggest swimming pool on property, the Big Blue Pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of the few Walt Disney World Resort hotel swimming pools that does not welcome Disney Vacation Club Members staying at other Resort hotels.

Instead, maybe your family could explore Mayan ruins at The Lost City of Cibola Pool at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Or maybe they could have a ball on the 200 foot long Keister Coaster waterslide the Luna Park poll at Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Both of these choices would make a fantastic afternoon for a Disney Vacation Club Member, and would welcome your visit.

Keep in mind, if you wish to take advantage of the pool hopping opportunity available to Members, be sure to bring along your MagicBand as well as your latest Disney Vacation Club Member ID to enter.

Please let us know if you have any further questions, Tracy. We are here when you need us!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
