Hi there. Even if we are staying off-site, are we able to utilize the character meals at the resorts? Will Disney transportation take us from a park to the resort, and if not in a park that day where would we go to get to resort? Thankyou very much

Anyone can enjoy the shopping and dining experiences at the Disney resorts. This includes off-site visitors to the parks and local residents. You can feel free to use the Disney transportation (monorails, boats, and buses) to get from the theme parks to the resorts for character dining.

If you are not visiting a theme park on the day of your character dining reservation, you could simply drive or a take a taxi to the resort. When you get to the security guardhouse, tell the guard that you have a character dining reservation and he or she will direct you to the appropriate parking area. Or, if your off-site hotel has a shuttle bus that runs to the theme parks, you could take the shuttle to a park and then transfer to the Disney-run transportation.

To make reservations for any character meal, call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE.
