Hello Sarah!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm not sure if you are referring to the
Disneyland Paris Mobile App or the
My Disney Experience Mobile App for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, but I'm happy to outline the process for both.
Disneyland Paris offers a paid service to reduce your wait time in the standby lines called
Disney Premier Access. Disney Premier Access Ultimate will give you access to each eligible attraction once per day without needing to schedule a return time. This can be purchased in advance via the Disneyland Paris App, or on the day of your visit. You must have admission linked to your app to complete the transaction. If you have a Hotel+ Ticket Package you can also add Disney Premier Access Ultimate to your existing booking
online via "My Bookings" or by
phone.
There is also Disney Premier Access One which can be purchased via the app on the day of your visit and gives access to one eligible attraction within a designated return window. My family purchased this for
Crush's Coaster the morning of our last park day to ensure we got to experience it before departing. I walked through the process for this on the Disneyland Paris App just now and you should be able to follow the prompts right from the main page once you've arrived. Simply click "Buy a Disney Premier Access" then select your preferred option. In this case, select "One Access" and choose your preferred park and attraction on the following screen. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
If you are instead referring to
Lightning Lane Passes at Walt Disney World Resort you'll need to have the My Disney Experience Mobile App available to make those purchases with linked admission. You can purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and pre-select 3 attractions per day, followed by additional selections as you redeem one, subject to availability. Or you can purchase Lightning Lane Single Pass for up to 2 of the most popular attractions per day, a la carte. Like One Access at Disneyland Paris, all of these selections are tied to a specific return window. My pal
Alison detailed more about the process for another guest here.
I hope this helps, Sarah. If I've misunderstood your question or you need additional assistance please come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
