Can I get an estimate for planning a future vacation?

    Hi Michael,

I'm so excited to hear that you're starting the planning process for a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! You will get to experience the joy and wonder in a place where Mouseketeers of all ages feel like kids again. You are in for a TREAT!

Because vacation package prices can vary a lot due to the size of your party, the time of year you're visiting, the Disney Resort hotel you select, the number of days you visit a theme park, etc., I can't really give you an estimate for how much your visit would cost. I'd be happy to point you to a few helpful tools so you can check out some options and get a ballpark figure for what you might want to budget for your trip, though!

When I'm planning a trip, I have four main budgeting areas I consider: transportation, lodging, tickets, and food. For transportation, you'll want to decide if flying or driving is better for you. As far as lodging goes, I'd encourage you to check out this list of all of the incredible Disney Resort hotels, then use this handy dandy comparison tool to get a feel for which Resort would be best for your stay. When you stay in the magic with Disney Resorts Collection, you won't have to miss a minute of the fun, and you'll find the same excellent theming, attention to detail, and customer service that Disney is so well-known for. Now, tickets...If at all possible, I'd encourage you to explore all four theme parks during your stay. They're each so different and all of them offer their own kind of magic and fun. Here's a ticketing guide that should be helpful as you're deciding how many days you want to spend in the parks. My advice? Just don't overschedule yourself! Tired Mouseketeers (of any age!) aren't very magical, so my family likes to enjoy a relaxing day at our Disney Resort hotel after we spend a couple of days in the parks. We sleep in, relax around the pool, take advantage of the amenities and fun offered at our Resort, and enjoy a special dinner before hitting the parks again the next day. Finally, as you're planning your dining budget, you could look through some of the restaurant menus to get an idea about current prices. Just be sure to allow a bit of wiggle room in your budget for all of the fantastic snacks!

Shew...I know it can feel like a lot, but I assure you that a bit of planning will pay off with incredible lifelong memories! If you need any assistance along the way, please don't hesitate to come back and see us again here at planDisney, or you could also call a friendly Cast Member. We're always here and happy to help, Michael, and we hope you have a truly magical vacation!
