Hi Angela,
I'm really happy to see that you're already planning NOW for a Disney vacation that you're looking to take in a few years. I promise you that all of the time that you spend making this trip special will pay off for your family with an experience that they'll cherish forever!
When I sit down to plan my family's vacations, I first think through all of the aspects of the trip that I need to budget for and plan. The biggest chunks are usually transportation, lodging, theme park tickets, and food. I'd encourage you to think about whether you'd like to fly or drive and compare the different pros and cons. As far as lodging, I'm happy to let you know that there are several options for families of six! I'd encourage you to look into the
Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or Disney's All-Star Music Resort, both of which will comfortably sleep your family and are a great value, allowing you to stay right in the middle of the magic with lots of
fantastic perks. While prices will likely increase some over the next couple of years, pricing rooms now will give you a great starting point to know what to budget for your trip. You may also check current
theme park ticket prices and even price out
Disney Resort Hotel Packages that include the Disney Dining Plan. Of course, there are often great
discounts available, so be sure to keep your eye out for those, too!
Please let us know what other questions you have as you're planning your trip, Angela, as we're always here and happy to help!
