    When do you estimate the 2012 discounts (specifically the Free Dining Plan, if they offer it) will be available? Historically, when did it become available? I am getting anxious! Thanks for your help!!

    Hi Megan!

    I wish I knew! It used to be that Disney didn't release these types of discounts until just a few months before the dates they were good for. And then, in 2011, they mixed it up and released them in the fall of 2010. And then, again sporadically throughout the year.

    One place that I use frequently, and think is an awesome resource, is a website called Mousesavers. On their site, if you search for "historical discounts" you'll be able to find a page that lists all of the Walt Disney World discounts for the past few years, the dates they were good for AND when they became available. Be sure to take a look there and see if you can get any clues as to when the discount you're looking for might come out.
