What is there to do at ESPN Wild World of Sports if you are not there for a tournament or other athletic event?

    Hey Ellen!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! I am so glad to see how much you enjoyed the recent Princess Half Marathon Weekend. If you liked that weekend you will love the rest of the magical events RunDisney sponsors each year.

ESPN Wide World of Sports is primarily a world-class competition facility. However, they do have some fun event each year which definitely warrant a trip over. The biggest event is Atlanta Braves spring training. Not only do they practice at Champion Stadium, they also host almost 20 spring training games featuring teams from around the league such as the New York Yankees & Mets, Detroit Tigers and Houston Astros.

If you have any little ones who enjoy video games you can't miss the PlayStation Pavilion located within the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill. They have 17 PlayStation game systems which features some of the newest games on the market.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
