    Does ESPN allow Disney guests to use the running track for training during a stay in Disney. Would love train there. Would be great! Thanks a mill, Amy

    The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is an incredible venue for athletes and fans alike. It can host over 60-sports in one place! 

    As a fellow runner, I agree that it would be amazing to make like Dash and run on that famed track. Unfortunately, it is only available for use as part of a sanctioned event.

    I do have great news, though. Walt Disney World Resort is a wonderful destination for runners! Every Walt Disney World Resort hotel has a running trail that you can follow to really experience the sights and sounds. We love our early-morning vacation runs. It's the perfect way to begin a Disney Day!

    If you are more of an indoor athlete, find fantastic treadmills waiting for you in the Fitness Center of your Resort hotel. These spaces are clean, beautiful, and rarely crowded.

    Amy, if you have yet to experience every magical mile of a runDisney event, I encourage you to try! There is absolutely nothing like waking up with tens of thousands of your best running-friends to run through Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort. There are many events throughout the year, each with a unique theme and several distances. Try them all!
